In August 2025, Minh Xuan Ward People's Committee focused on leading, directing and synchronously implementing socio-economic development, national defense and security tasks; The number of tourists in August is estimated at 16,200, social revenue from tourism is estimated at 28.35 billion VND; Estimated budget revenue in August is 47 billion 779 million VND, reaching 95.8% of the assigned plan.
Responding to the activities of participating in Thanh Tuyen Festival 2025, the Code of Conduct for building Minh Xuan Ward culture "Civilized - Friendly - Clean" in Thanh Tuyen Festival has been issued, propagated to agencies, units, cadres, civil servants, public employees and people in the area for implementation. Deploying the renovation of roads and streets in the ward; mobilizing residential groups to build mid-autumn lantern models to participate in Thanh Tuyen Festival and effectively implementing the Street Beautification Movement. At the same time, strengthening the management of urban order, reminding 270 cases of placing advertising signs, selling self-produced and self-consumed goods in the wrong places; inspecting and handling 03 cases of violating urban order and illegal construction in the area.

In August, the Ward Public Administration Service Center received 2,928 records, of which 1,256 records were received online, 1,672 records were received directly, and 2,689 records were resolved. The rate of records resolved within the deadline reached 99.9%.
At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing, evaluating, analyzing and clarifying the achieved results, shortcomings and limitations to propose solutions to implement tasks in September and the last months of 2025.
Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the People's Committee of Pham Quoc Chuong Ward requested specialized departments and units to proactively focus on drastic implementation to complete the set goals, targets and tasks of socio-economic development in 2025. The focus is on strengthening state management of land and construction; urban order and safety. Focus on implementing well the information and propaganda work on the 12th Congress of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. Prepare conditions for organizing the Minh Xuan Ward Mid-Autumn Festival Lantern Model Competition in 2025.
